Last weekend, my heart was somewhat full again by seeing one of my sons. He stayed with us for four days. When my daughter was born, he was 15. It’s an understatement to say he really wasn’t her biggest fan and made sure that we knew it… at first. Within the first year she had won him over. In the last seven years, they have grown to become friends. I took them to the lantern festival in Grand Rapids. Watching them hold hands to see all of the lights was a memory I will never let go off. A few times he picked her up to give her piggyback ride rides. On the last day, I watched him break while she cried letting him go at the airport. He has always been our stoic bear. Now he is her big bear. These colors are a dedication to the ocean lanterns that we saw.
As usual, these are all similar, but none will be exactly the same. That’s the joy of hand dyed. You have something unique. In cases where someone buys multiple of a color, I always do my best to find the ones that are most similar to send together.
These are super wash. They can be put inside of the washer on delicate, low temperature water. For best results hand wash, and leave out flat to dry.
